Return Policy

As our products are hand crafted by rural artisans, no two products will be similar which is an essence of a hand crafted product. We believe that as a customer you would respect and consider wisely while taking a decision of return. As a policy, we have kept NO RETURN and EXCHANGE ONLY policy. However, we understand that there might be cases when you would want to return the Pattasutra product, and here is the return policy to govern any situations like this.
  1. With each product, you can view its eligibility of return. If the product is eligible for return, it can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
  2. Not all products are eligible for return. You should carefully read and understand if the product you are purchasing is eligible for return or not.
  3. You should send in your return request to customersupport@pattasutra.com. Once the request is approved, you shall have to courier us the product at your own cost within 5 days from making the request.
  4. If Pattasutra team finds your request genuine, it shall replace the entire product or part of it, depending on the extent of the non-compliance.
  5. The decision to replace or refund your money is at the discretion of Pattasutra.
  6. Please note that Pattasutra shall not replace if: – The product has been used – The original tag and packaging is not in order – The product has got damaged due to misuse by customer.
  7. If the product reaches you in a damaged condition, you are required to take a photo of the damage and share it with us on customersupport@pattasutra.com 8. We aim to close on all replacements within 15 days of you making the product replacement order.
